Meditation Free…
Well, it’s pretty sad that I’ve been gone for so long I forgot my password…
Hope all are well and HAPPY!
New FREE 21 day meditation again, just in-time for summer vacations
I find that so many people are afraid of meditation, they think they need to sit an be perfectly still, some people think they need to be quite and not have a thought at all and others are just simply afraid of what their brain might think if allowed to slow down. The first thing you should do is NOT judge yourself. Just like the ocean, the waves of thoughts come and go, the key is not getting attached to them, bring yourself back to the moment at hand and take a breath. If you can manage to have a full 60 seconds of pure quite, WELL DONE!
Start with a guided meditation like the one above, then move on from there to a mantra meditation ( repeating an affirmation) with your breath, like SO…. on the inhale and HUMM…. on the exhale… an then some day you’ll find yourself sitting and breathing and escaping into a the gap, if even only for a few moments 😉
enjoy the journey… No Judgement!

If you say, “I can’t sit for that amount of time ( 10-15 minutes) and be still and meditate”. Then try grabbing a cup of tea, sit and just listen… the voices, the music, and the lessons are just what this world needs. Give it a try, have O expectations and just BE.
Hugs and Love for a wonderful Day
I thought it was time to post; it’s been over a month. So where have I been? I’ve been in training to become a certified yoga teacher. Spending most of my free time working on my studies, AND I LOVE IT!
I can’t quite explain what yoga does for me; it started 5 years ago as I worked one-on-one with a yoga teacher who has since become my treasured friend. I’ll never forget my first downward facing dog, thinking, “You’ve got to be kidding, this is a resting pose”…. But alas, I love it! Yoga taught me to become friends with my body again, this unique body that houses my divine light, my connection to God. Yoga teaches me to take care of my house, not only on the mat but off the mat by what foods I eat, what words I speak, in every aspect of my life, Yoga has touched some core of it and continues to do so as I continue to grow and learn. The learning is endless so the growing is as well.
You rush into a yoga class, lay your mat down onto the floor and you sit, get quite and breathe…………………………………. Your seat roots to the ground, your spine grows tall, and you expand your chest and close your eyes. The crown of your head reaches up to the heavens and you breathe………….you become centered…………………your mind quiets and you become fully present in the NOW… … We are born with this, it is our birth right, but our busy lives and our monkey brain try and keep us in the ego world, the me world, the I world….. Yoga brings us back to the Devine world, the Godly world, the peaceful world. Yoga brings us back to our truest self, which is pure divine light.
I urge everyone to find their yogi within, it’s not about truing your body into a pretzel, and it’s not about the perfect pose, it’s about being fully present, breathing and connecting to the stillness that is already inside you…….be still, get quite and just be……..the rest will come …..
Peace in =’s Peace out!
